The car was returned dirty. it has been the norm for the car to be cleaned. That this was overlooked reflects badly on Mini Service quality control who should not have allowed that to happen
I know cleaning the car is a complimentary service and it was very much appreciated, however it wasnt done to a standard I would expect. The boot was completely missed the areas like the gear box were not cleaned.

I would have been completely satisfied however I havent got a manual with the car so we have this lovely new car and we dont know how to work a number of the functions
Fault less customer service explained all options correctly made us very welcome and comfortable.
We had a flat tyre but this could only be resolved by taking the car to the service centre, rather than roadside assistance.

Car is great - slight hiccup on delivery as the car was sent to MINI Park Lane with a fault and without their knowledge so they were left the last day before Xmas trying to fix it. Lauren did a great job resolving this

BMW Park Lane is fine but Mini Assistance was difficult to get through to [can't hold on the line if working], and following my car being collected I had to chase up for details around when it would be ready etc
The staff in the showroom gave enough space to browse the cars without pressure but were on hand for any questions. Laurence was calm, clear and to the point with his answers to our questions.
