Again excellent service. Greig was very helpful choosing the right Mini for me. I was delighted with the colour of the car which I was unsure about at the beginning. He also took me through all components of the car.

The car was returned dirty. it has been the norm for the car to be cleaned. That this was overlooked reflects badly on Mini Service quality control who should not have allowed that to happen

I know cleaning the car is a complimentary service and it was very much appreciated, however it wasn’t done to a standard I would expect. The boot was completely missed the areas like the gear box were not cleaned.

The staff went above and beyond the call of duty. When the key sales personnel were not on site they passed the details onto a colleague who dealt with it impeccably. Even the person offering the coffee was polite, courteous and knowledgable

Car is great - slight hiccup on delivery as the car was sent to MINI Park Lane with a fault and without their knowledge so they were left the last day before Xmas trying to fix it. Lauren did a great job resolving this

BMW Park Lane is fine but Mini Assistance was difficult to get through to [can't hold on the line if working], and following my car being collected I had to chase up for details around when it would be ready etc
